Emergency Services are this evening (8th February) at the scene of a two car collision on Braithwell Road heading towards Maltby.
It’s not know if there are any injuries.
At around 6.30am on Wednesday (5 February) emergency services were called to the southbound carriageway of the M1, following a collision between junctions 31 and 32.
It was reported that a black Vauxhall Corsa being driven by the 43-year-old woman was involved in a collision with a maroon DAF HGV.
It’s believed the Corsa collided with the central barrier and a subsequent collision between the car, a yellow Volvo HGV and a silver Renault Trafic occurred.
The 43-year-old woman was taken to hospital, where she sadly died yesterday (Friday). No one else was injured.
The woman has been named as Nicola Raistrick, described her as a โloving Mum, Nanna and niece. She was kind, caring and thoughtful. She is loved by many and will be sadly missedโ.
Her family are being supported by specially trained officers and ask that their privacy is respected at this difficult time.
Officers are still keen to hear from anyone who saw what happened, or who has dashcam footage which could assist the inquiry.

Emergency services were called at 7.55pm yesterday evening, following reports a woman in her 30s was in cardiac arrest in an underpass on Drummond Street, Rotherham.
The woman was taken to hospital but sadly died. Formal identification is yet to take place.
A police spokesperson said โA forensic post mortem examination will take place in the coming days and detectives are treating the death as suspicious.โ
โA Rotherham man has been arrested on suspicion of robbery and murder and is currently in police custody.โ
A police cordon remains in place around the underpass and is expected to remain there for most of today, to allow officers to carry out their enquiries.

Police and Ambulance crews were called at around 8pm this evening (5th February) to an underpass between Nottingham Street and St Anne’s Roundabout.
Police and Paramedics remain on the scene.
Police are also investigating reports of an aggravated burglary at a nearby address.
Nobody was hurt during either incident, a spokesperson from South Yorkshire Police confirmed.

Armed Police and a helicopter are reported to have been called in whilst a cordon is in place.

Emergency services were called at 5.25pm on Saturday 4th January to reports of a road traffic collision on Greens Way, opposite Mexborough train station in Doncaster.
It is reported that a black BMW which was travelling from the direction of Swinton was involved in a collision with a pedestrian who was crossing Greens Way from the train station side towards the town centre.
The pedestrian, a 68-year-old man from Mexborough was sadly pronounced dead at the scene. His family are being supported by specially trained officers, a spokesperson from South Yorkshire Police confirmed.
The driver of the BMW, a 22-year-old man from Mexborough was arrested at the scene on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving, and has been released under investigation as enquiries continue.
Officers would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the collision, who may have seen the driving manner of the vehicle prior to the collision, or who may have any information that can help with enquiries.
