Motorists are asked to avoid Wickersley Road near to Bentfield Avenue due to an overturned Transit Van.
Police and Fire Services are on scene.
Fire crews from Rotherham, Dearne and Elm Lane stations were called to the blaze in a ground floor flat on Rawmarsh Hill, Parkgate, at around 5.45am this morning (Sunday June 16).
The woman was taken to hospital for treatment with injuries not thought to be life-threatening.
Emergency Services evacuated the surrounding flats whilst the fire was being tackled, a spokesperson for South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue confirmed.
Rawmarsh Hill was closed by emergency services but has recently reopened, firefighters and police remain on the scene this morning.
The spokesperson for SYFR said that a full investigation into the cause of the fire is due to get underway today.
Firecrews from Aston and Parkway Stations were called to Wood Lane at 7.05pm and spent 40 minutes freeing the man from the vehicle, a spokesperson from South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue confirmed.
Police said that the man was treated for a suspected broken arm and that there had been no arrests or further action to be taken.
Three fire crews tackled the blaze at 1am this morning (Wednesday 22nd May) and left the scene around 2am.
A spokesperson for South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue said that the garage was โwell alightโ when firefighters were called to the scene in Morthen Road, Wickersley, at 1am.
“Investigators have returned to the property this morning.”
No cause has yet been determined, the spokesperson confirmed.
South Yorkshire Police crime scene investigators are also at the scene.
Emergency Services closed Taylor’s Lane from the roundabout to Scrooby Lane during the accident at 10.20am this morning (Friday 3rd May).
A male suffered spinal injuries but the severity of the injury was not known a spokesperson confirmed.
Three fire engines were called to the scene to help cut the free the trapped male casualty.
Police later reopened the road at 12.15pm.
Fire crews were called to the derelict town centre pub, Old Mason Arms after the upstairs and roofing area was discovered alight.
A fire service spokesperson said that four fire crews were called at 3.50am this morning and used an aerial platform to tackle the fire.
The crews left the scene at 8.45am and an investigation is currently underway to determine the cause of the fire, the spokesperson added.

Firefighters were called to a field off Arundel Avenue in the Dalton at around 6:10am this morning (March 30th)
Upon arrival crews discovered a fire caused by the burning of wire cable, a spokesperson confirmed.ย
The crews left the scene shortly after at 10:20am. Crews from Rotherham station attended the scene before leaving shortly afterwards at 6:22am.ย
A spokeswoman for South Yorkshire Police said that they were called to the scene on Flanderwell Lane, Sunnyside at around 5.30am this morning following a burglary.
Emergency Services including Firefighters and Yorkshire Ambulance Crews were called to the scene this morning at 9:30am after the discovery of chemicals, they remained on the scene until 12:30pm ensuring the area was safe and the chemical was identified.
The spokeswoman added “A woman has been taken to hospital as a precautionary measure.”
The store remains closed this afternoon and an investigation has been launched.
