B&Q could return to Rotherham seven-years after closing under new plans submitted to Rotherham Council
In 2009 B&Q operated from a purpose built a 51,000 sq ft unit located at Northfields Retail Park until its closure in June 2016 when closed stories throughout the UK.
This unit has most recently been used as a Homebase and Trade Centre Car Dealership
Rotherham Foundry RP Ltd has submitted a planning application seeking approval to merge Units 2 and 3 at Great Eastern Retail Park create a new large store and garden centre.
Bensons for Beds currently occupies Unit 2, while Unit 3 is unoccupied. Previously, Harveys Furniture occupied Unit 3 before the company went into administration in 2020.
