Work has started on Panattoni Park Rotherham in Hellaby
Made up of two units, the distribution centre is set to be built on approximately 15.68 hectare acres of land near to J1 of the M18 between Cumwell Lane and Sandy Lane
The 710,027 sq ft development consists of two industrial warehouse units of 629,417 sq ft, said to be “one of the biggest single unit spec builds in the UK” and a smaller unit of 80,610 sq ft
Panattoni Park occupies a prime position within the in-demand M1-M18 triangle. Ideally placed close to the vital East-West axis of the M62, the large markets of Leeds and Manchester, plus the ports of Liverpool, Hull and Immingham, all lay within easy reach.
