In January, Sheffield based company, QFM LTD had development plans approved by Rotherham Council to progress with the building of a two-story โDoughnut Shop with a Drive-through facility.โ
QFM Group, is also a franchisee of KFC, Taco Bell and Costa Coffee and owns the building adjacent.
Axis Architecture, who drew up the plans state: โThe development of this vacant site with good levels of parking and amenity will enhance the immediate area and growing commercial success of this former brownfield site at Eastwood, Rotherham.โ
