Work is set to start on the £20m development of 70 new properties located off Brecks Lane in September
The development, which received an amount of concern from local residents was passed by Rotherham Council’s planning board on July 21.
Avant Homes aim to start work in September with the first show home due to be complete by March 2023 and properties ready for occupation in spring 2023.
The overall development is expected to take three years to complete.
