Rotherham Council’s planning department has conditionally granted permission for a Starbucks Drive through located off Riverside Way In Templeborough
Earlier in 2023 property developers, Primesite Group Limited submitted a planning application to Rotherham Council to build on vacant land land adjacent to the former Toyota Dealership off Riverside Way
The plans including a drive thru / cafe building adjacent to the roundabout on Sheffield Road which would be occupied by American coffee chain, Starbucks.
It is anticipated that the new development will provide job opportunities to 20 people, comprising ten full time and ten part time vacancies.
