A 34 year old man has appeared before Sheffield Magistratesโ Court after stealing a paramedics bag from inside the cab of an ambulance in Rawmarsh
Jason Shields, 34 of no fixed abode was charged with theft and fraud after a bag belonging to a paramedic was stolen from the cab of an ambulance attending an incident in Rawmarsh.
The paramedic was attending a patient on Dale Road, Rawmarsh between 7.05pm and 7.50pm on Saturday (March 21) when the bag was stolen.
The 34 year old was charged with fraud after the paramedics bankcards were used on the same night in the local area.
He was also charged with making off without payment from a previous incident.
Further charges included two counts of burglary, relating to a reported burglary on Saturday 21 March, where a Playstation was stolen from a property on Elm Grove, Greasbrough and a reported burglary on Barnsley Road on Monday 23 March.
He will appear before Sheffield Crown Court on Monday, April 27.
