Firefighters rescued a man after he became trapped in his vehicle following a single vehicle collision with a tree in Treeton last night (Wednesday 13th June)
Firecrews from Aston and Parkway Stations were called to Wood Lane at 7.05pm and spent 40 minutes freeing the man from the vehicle, a spokesperson from South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue confirmed.
Police said that the man was treated for a suspected broken arm and that there had been no arrests or further action to be taken.
