Police seek witnesses after Ulley crowbar attack

Police are appealing for witnesses after a driver had his car windows smashed by an unknown man in Ulley.

The incident happened at around 1.30am on Friday (10 May) when a 20-year-old man and his friend were parked on the bend of Reservoir Road, Ulley.

A spokesperson for South Yorkshire Police said โ€œA man on a dark coloured motorbike, with a pillion passenger, is said to have driven up to the car before the rider got off the bike, said something to the victim along the lines of โ€˜get out,โ€™ before smashing the driverโ€™s side windows with a crowbar.โ€™

โ€œThe victim has then driven away, with the motorbike following for a short distance. The motorbike rider is described as white, in his 20s, with a wide nose and a deep voice.โ€

No one was injured in the incident.
