A MAN who tried to evade traffic cops in Rotherham was caught without a license, insurance and the discovery of knife inside his car.
Officers parked on Meadowhall Road spotted the Ford Focus as it activated the onboard ANPR system.
A Spokesperson for South Yorkshire Police Operations support confirmed the driver wasย arrested for providing a positive roadside drug wipe and no insurance/licence.
The passenger was also dealt with for drugs offences and possession of a lock knife.
