Firefighters tackling fire at block of flats in Wingfield

SIX-Fire Crews including a turntable ladder are currently responding to a flat fire on Roughwood Road

South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue said “Firefighters have quickly extinguished the fire and are now damping down”

“no one was inside the flat when crews arrived.”

“An investigation into the cause of the fire will take place once the fire is completely out.”
