There are currently long delays in the West Melton area this afternoon.
South Yorkshire Police have said there is currently heavy traffic on Packman Road in West Melton due to an ongoing incident.
A spokesperson for South Yorkshire Police said: “Please be aware that traffic is currently very heavy around Packman Road in West Melton, Rotherham, due to an ongoing incident. Please avoid the area and plan an alternative route if possible.”
