Police in Rotherham have launched an appeal for witnesses following the reported robbery of an elderly woman in the Aston area.
At around 1.15pm on Monday 1 October, it is reported that a woman in her 80s was robbed at a property in Aughton Lane, Aston.
It is believed that two suspects entered the property, threatening her before stealing her handbag.
The elderly woman was not injured but has been left incredibly distressed by the incident.
