Police are appealing for information after a suspected arson attack in Rotherham left two vehicles and a property damaged by fire
Officers were called to St John’s Road at 10.47pm on Sunday (5 July) following reports of a suspected deliberate fire.
It is reported that a man poured a liquid over two vehicles parked outside a property before setting them alight and fleeing the scene.

The fire is then believed to have spread from the vehicles to the nearby property.
No injuries were reported.
An investigation is ongoing to establish the full circumstances surrounding the incident.

South Yorkshire Police is asking anyone who witnessed the incident or has information that could assist enquiries to come forward.
