Police were called in the early hours of Wednesday 1 April after reports that the body of a man had been discovered on Rosehill Avenue in Rawmarsh.
Emergency services attended the scene at approximately 6:03am, where the man was sadly pronounced dead.

Officers have confirmed that enquiries remain ongoing to establish the exact circumstances surrounding the death. However, it is not currently being treated as suspicious.
A police cordon was put in place near the junction of Rosehill Avenue and Kilnhurst Road while initial investigations were carried out. The scene has since been lifted and the area has reopened.
The manโs family has been informed and are being supported by officers.
