Rotherham’s Wentworth Woodhouse will once again be transformed into a food lover’s paradise as the Great British Food Festival returns this weekend
Taking place on 16th – 17th August 2025, the event promises a vibrant celebration of the very best in British food and drink.
This year’s event will feature more than 100 food and drink stalls, serving up everything from mouth-watering street food and indulgent artisan treats to fresh produce from local farmers and makers.
Visitors can watch live chef demonstrations from both local favourites and celebrity names, picking up top culinary tips along the way.
Over at the BBQ Stage, sizzling live-fire cooking will take centre stage all weekend, while the ever-popular Cake Off promises baking brilliance and a judging spectacle worth watching.
Alongside the food, festivalgoers can enjoy live music from fantastic local bands, children’s cookery sessions, fairground rides, and circus activities. The programme also includes foraging walks and tasty talks on the Chat Stage, plus a unique crafts and gift market for those looking to shop while they snack.
