Firefighters were called to an industrial fire at River Don Works, Brightside Lane, Sheffield, on Tuesday evening.
The incident was reported at 8:55pm and involved a transformer in a yard area of the site. South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue confirmed the blaze was accidental.
Several fire crews attended the scene and worked to safely extinguish the fire. No injuries were reported.

Residents in higher areas of Rotherham reported seeing plumes of smoke and flames from the incident.
Crews remained at the site until 11:05pm to ensure the area was safe before standing down.
