The iconic Red Arrows display team was set to fly over Rotherham this Sunday, offering residents a thrilling glimpse of the world-famous RAF aerobatic jets.
The Red Arrows are travelling north from the Royal International Air Tattoo at RAF Fairford to a planned appearance in Aberdeen, with their updated route taking them over parts of Rotherham later than initially planned.
Originally expected earlier in the day, the flyover is now scheduled to take place at approximately 6:15pm on Sunday (July 20), due to poor weather conditions affecting the teamโs flight schedule.
Their expected path includes a pass over Kiveton Park at around 6:05pm, followed shortly after by Sprotbrough, with the jets also potentially visible from Wickersley, Thurcroft, and Maltby.
