Police closed a road in Clifton this morning after reports of a concern for the safety of a woman
South Yorkshire Police confirmed that officers were called to the scene at around 3.46am,ย following reports of a concern for the safety of a woman on Middle Lane
Officers and the ambulance service attended. The woman was taken to hospital to be treated for minor injuries.
The road was closed from the junction with Cambridge Street to the junction with Clifton Avenue, and reopened shortly after 6am.
