Drivers are being advised to anticipate potential delays and disruptions as another large lorry load heads towards the M1 motorway on Friday
Police will escort an oversized load out of Hellaby Industrial Estate at 6 pm on Friday, 29 November.
Due to the loadโs size, the A631 Bawtry Road will be temporarily closed in both directions from the mini roundabout to the M1 northbound, including towards the M18 and from the M18 towards Hellaby.
This closure is necessary to allow the load to travel contraflow before being maneuvered over the central reservation by a specialist team.
For safety reasons, no traffic will be permitted to move during this time. Once the operation is complete, all roads will reopen as usual.
Police said โWe apologise in advance for this disruption but it has to move at this time due to other police escorts and restrictions that are in place throughout its journey.โ
