RNN Group has launched a new awards scheme to acknowledge and celebrate the dedication of their employer partners to the organisation and its values
RNN group presented Esh Construction, one of its newest employer partners, with the initial employer award of 2024. Esh Construction has actively supported the group’s construction learners, providing talks and training within the first few months of the partnership as an Employer Academy. Consequently, Esh Construction received the ‘We Deliver’ employer award in recognition of the significant impact their support has had on the learners.
Megan Roberts, the Social Value Manager (Yorkshire) for Esh, accepted the award during a ceremony this week, with the honor presented by the group’s CEO and Principal, Jason Austin.
Jason Austin, CEO and Principal said: We are delighted to be showcasing the wonderful employers we partner with here at the RNN Group, and on this occasion Esh Construction for all the support and training they have delivered to our Construction learners at Rotherham College, North Notts College and Dearne Valley College.
“Esh Construction joined our Employer Academy scheme this academic year and have become an intrinsic partner and support within the construction department for both our staff and students.
“I am delighted therefore to be able to present this certificate to Esh for their dedication and support of our staff and students, and of the Group in general.”
