A boy was left unconscious in Dinnington after being chased and attacked by a masked gang armed with a baseball bat, axe and golf club

Police said on four teenagers exited Danny’s Diner on Laughton Road in Dinnington at around around 8pm on 29 November

Shortly after, two vehicles appeared beside them containing a group of people wearing balaclavas.

Three of the teenagers were chased by the occupants of the vehicle and one of the teenage boys was attacked with a baseball bat, axe and golf club and left unconscious.

The two vehicles are reported to be a small white 4×4 and a dark coloured Volkswagen.

An 18-year-old man and a 16-year-old boy were arrested on suspicion of wounding with intent to do grievous bodily harm on 1 December.

They have been released on bail pending further enquiries.
