A stretch of the M1 Southbound has been closed following a crash involving a car and motorcycle
The M1 is currently closed between Junction 34 at Meadowhall and Junction 35 at Rotherham on the southbound carriageway.
Emergency services are currently on the scene.
National Highways say “The #M1 southbound is now closed within J34 #Sheffield#Rotherham due to a collision.”
“Traffic is being diverted via the exit and entry slip roads. Please allow extra travel time if in the area as there are 3 miles of congestion on approach.”
