Local developer EV Waddington LTD submitted a reserved matters application for four employment units comprising 2,175 square metres located on the site of the former Liquid & Diva Nightclub
Following the the successful planning application in November 2022 this reserved matters application brings forward further planned design detail.
The site comprising 0.9 hectares of land located behind the site of the former Liquid & Envy nightclub has most recently been used as a car park after temporary consent was granted in October 2013
Access is proposed to be taken from the existing site access at Brinsworth Street which runs parallel to the A630
Liquid & Envy nightclub closed in 2012 due to a decline in trade and was later demolished in 2015
