Dunkin Donuts has submitted plans to install signage on the vacant unit located off Mushroom Roundabout
In an application submitted to Rotherham Council on 7th February 2023 the plans outline the installation of ‘Dunkin’ Drive Thru’ illuminated signs and window graphics
In January 2023, Sheffield based company, QFM LTD had development plans approved by Rotherham Council to progress with the building of a two-story “Doughnut Shop with a Drive-through facility.”
QFM Group, is also a franchisee of KFC, Taco Bell and Costa Coffee and owns the building adjacent.
Axis Architecture, who drew up the plans state: “The development of this vacant site with good levels of parking and amenity will enhance the immediate area and growing commercial success of this former brownfield site at Eastwood, Rotherham.”
“In a heavily commercialized area the proposals are in keeping with the surrounding building uses and will help add to the commercial success of the area”
