Roads Policing Officers investigating a road traffic collision in Kimberworth are appealing for dash-cam footage and witnesses to assist with their enquiries
Officers were called at 10:24am on Tuesday (November 22) to reports of a road traffic collision at the junction of Upper Wortley Road with Old Wortley Road involving a pedestrian and a car.
Upon arrival police discovered that a pedestrian, an 84 year-old woman had been involved in a collision with a grey F Pace Jaguar.
The woman sustained injuries to her pelvis and head and was taken to hospital where she remains in a serious condition
The driver of the Jaguar stopped at the scene and is assisting officers with their enquiries.
Anyone with dash-cam or who saw what happened is asked to call 101 quoting incident number 229 of 22 November 2021.
