A man has died following a serious flat fire in Kimberworth
South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue confirmed that Four fire engines from Rotherham, Elm Lane, Parkway and Central Fire stations responded to the incident on Hill Top Lane, Kimberworth at around 7pm on Wednesday (18 November).
A spokesperson said that neighboring homes were evacuated whilst firefighters dealt with fire, which is now out.
“The police and ambulance service were also in attendance.”
“A multi-agency investigation into the cause of the fire is underway.”
