Police investigating a pair of shootings in Sheffield have arrested two men in the Broom area

Police said that ‘Extensive enquiries’ are being carried out as detectives begin to investigate the circumstances surrounding two shootings in Nether Edge and Machon Bank area of Sheffield on Friday (May 8).

Yesterday (9th May) , armed police carried out a raided of a house on Broom Valley Road

Two men, aged 20 and 23, were arrested for firearm and drug related offences. They remain in police custody.
