Firefighters called to collapsed cellar in Kimberworth

Firefighters were called at 8.47am to a cellar that had collapsed on Upper Wortley Road, Kimberworth on Sunday (16th February)

Fire crews from Rotherham station were called by a specialist fire officer.

The man was rescued after firefighters placed a strut in the cellar to shore up the ceiling and wall.

The crew left around 11.16am.
