Police seek witnesses after Ulley crowbar attack

Police are appealing for witnesses after a driver had his car windows smashed by an unknown man in Ulley.

The incident happened at around 1.30am on Friday (10 May) when a 20-year-old man and his friend were parked on the bend of Reservoir Road, Ulley.

A spokesperson for South Yorkshire Police said A man on a dark coloured motorbike, with a pillion passenger, is said to have driven up to the car before the rider got off the bike, said something to the victim along the lines of ‘get out,’ before smashing the driver’s side windows with a crowbar.’

“The victim has then driven away, with the motorbike following for a short distance. The motorbike rider is described as white, in his 20s, with a wide nose and a deep voice.”

No one was injured in the incident.
