Police respond to Kimberworth firearms incident

Police are this evening on the scene of a reported ‘firearms’ incident in Kimberworth.

Police were called to an area of Woodland off Thornton Street in the Kimberworth area earlier tonight (Thursday 18th April).

Armed Police and Forensics remain on the scene. No one is believed to have been injured.

South Yorkshire Police have been contacted for an update.
