Police are appealing for witnesses after a reported robbery of a Post Office in the Thurcroft where a man threatened staff at knifepoint
At around 7.15am, an unknown man entered the Post Office in Thurcroft, on Green Arbour Road, and threatened staff with a knife, a police spokesperson said.
The man then fled the scene with a quantity of cash.
The man is is described as being white, of medium build, and was wearing a pale-coloured coat with a hood and carrying a backpack.
